We provide software development, AI/automation, mobile/web development, and digital marketing services. Project specifics are governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW).

2) Use of website

Do not use the website unlawfully, violate applicable laws, or infringe others’ rights.

3) Proposals and contracts

Scope, pricing, milestones, and intellectual property are governed by the signed MSA/SOW.

4) Intellectual property

Website content belongs to BharatTechX or its licensors. Client project IP is per MSA/SOW; any pre‑existing tools, frameworks, or templates used by us remain our property, with a license to the Client as agreed in the MSA/SOW.

5) Payments and billing

Invoices specify payment terms. If GST is not applicable, invoices will state “Unregistered under GST” or as otherwise required by applicable law.

6) Third‑party services

We may rely on third‑party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Their respective terms and policies apply where relevant.

7) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Project‑specific limitations apply as set out in the MSA/SOW.
